Controller

Hosting & database
User accounts, blueprint and document data are stored via Supabase (EU region). Access is role-based, data is encrypted in storage and in transit.
AI-powered assessment & assistant
Your inputs in the assessment and the AI assistant are sent to our AI provider Anthropic (Claude) to generate your blueprint. Only the information needed for the specific request is transmitted, this is not automated legal or tax advice.
Payment processing
Payments are processed via the payment provider Stripe. Payment data (e.g. card details) is handled exclusively by Stripe and does not pass through our own servers.
Email communication
Transactional emails (e.g. confirmations, notifications) are sent via the email service provider Resend.
Telegram integration
If you use our Telegram bot, we process the Telegram account data required for this (e.g. chat ID) to deliver assessments, notifications or support replies.
Cookies & consent
We use technically necessary cookies for login and core platform functionality. Analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, if active) are only set if you consent via the cookie banner. No analytics cookie is set without your consent, you can reset your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as data portability and objection. Contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
