These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by TürkiyeOS via the turkiyeos.com platform.

Service description
TÜRKİYEOS provides AI-powered process guidance, blueprint creation and coordination with a network of licensed, independent partners (including lawyers, Mali Müşavir, notaries) for relocating businesses and individuals to Turkey. TÜRKİYEOS itself does not provide legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, this is provided exclusively by the respective licensed partners.
Formation of contract
A contract is formed by booking a package (e.g. Relocation Audit, Business Setup, Premium Relocation, Executive) via the platform and its confirmation by TÜRKİYEOS. The scope of each service follows from the package description on the pricing page.
Pricing and payment
The prices stated on the platform at the time of booking apply. Final prices for individually tailored services (e.g. Executive packages) are made transparent before engagement. Payments are processed via the payment provider Stripe.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers within the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contract formation. For digital content and services whose performance begins with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal may expire upon full performance. Details are communicated separately before booking.
Duration and termination
Booked packages are generally project-based one-off services without automatic renewal. Where individual services are offered as ongoing services, the separately stated notice periods apply.
Liability
TÜRKİYEOS is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, TÜRKİYEOS is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. TÜRKİYEOS is not liable for the advice or work product of the licensed partners it connects you with, they act under their own professional responsibility.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Turkish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers habitually resident in the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their home country remain unaffected.
Final provisions
Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
